We welcome you to join us for Sunday  service.  Reservations are required to support COVID-19 safety protocols.  Seating is limited so please complete the registration request here.  If this is your first time, please click here for a 5 minute video on how to register. NOTE:  REGISTRATION OPENS THE MONDAY PRIOR AT NOON.

Health Questions

- I confirm that all attendees included in this reservation will NOT attend church if they are feeling sick.

- I confirm that all attendees will NOT attend church if they have had close contact within the past 14 days with an individual with COVID-19.

- I confirm that all attendees will NOT attend church if they have been asked to self-isolate or quarantine.

- I confirm that on the Sunday of attendance, all members of the party are encouraged to take their temperature prior to coming to church and I or another in my party will answer COVID-sympton health questions for all members of the party upon arrival at church.

Mask Policy

- Masks must be worn by all attendees and service participants, except for those with a medical waiver, children under 2 years old. Children aged 2 - 5 are encouraged per State guidelines to wear masks, but usage is at the discretion of their parent or guardian.

Arrival Policy

- Suggested arrival time is 20 minutes before service starts.

- Reservations can not be guaranteed after service begins.

- No walk-ins will be allowed.
