Parent Book Group: Tweens and Teens

Epiphany's new Parent Book Groups combine the support of friends, the guidance of experts, and the loving presence of God. Parents of tweens and teens will be reading The Emotional Lives of Teenagers: Raising Connected, Capable, and Compassionate Adolescents by well-known adolescent psychologist Lisa Damour. In a very clear and accessible way, Damour explains teen brain development: emotions, judgment, anger, self-esteem, and independence.
