We are honored to welcome the Rt. Rev. Jim E. Curry, retired Bishop Suffragan of the Episcopal Church in Connecticut, as our guest preacher on October 6. He is a founding member of Bishops United Against Gun Violence and a contributor to the anthology Reclaiming the Gospel of Peace. Bishop Curry will bring us a message of peace-making and gun safety, and invites us to join him at 11:15 am, following the 10:00 am service, to transform destroyed guns into jewelry and garden tools.
