Four Things of Note

Holiday Weekend: There is no Church School this Sunday, because of the Holiday Weekend. If your child would like a special job during the 10am service of worship, please see Bryn when you arrive. We love our junior ushers, greeters, and element bearers! Also grab a worship bag in the narthex, which has tools to help your child be present to the service.

The Nursery is available this Sunday with limited capacity: Babies and Toddlers, ages 0-3 years, can be dropped off in the nursery (Dewart Room) during the 10am service of worship. We have just one caregiver able to work the Holiday weekend, so our drop-off capacity is lower than normal. Little ones should be registered in order to drop off (see below). The nursery will be reserved for ages 0-3 during the 10am worship service.

Rev. Nick's 40th Birthday: Rev. Nick celebrates his birthday this Wednesday. Drop him a note of good wishes and appreciation at

Lent begins Wednesday:  All families will receive a special paper mailing with tools to help families observe the season together. (Ask your kids why the envelope is purple!)

Childcare for Infants & Toddlers During 10am Worship for Ages 0-3

Our nursery is open! Parents and guardians may drop off their young children -- ages 0-3 years -- in the Dewart Room during the 10am service. Our paid and experienced nursery caregivers will be ready to receive babies and toddlers beginning at 9:45am. Parents and guardians must pick up their children by 11:15am, and must remain in the building at all times.

Children need to be registered in order to be dropped off. This gives us important information about allergies, needs, and who may pick up your child. Please register here:

Nursery Care Registration

There may be weeks we need to limit the number of small children who can be dropped off, in a safe ratio to the number of caregivers we can schedule on any given Sunday. Registering your child does not reserve a spot on any given Sunday; drop off is first-come, first-serve. That said, we are optimistic that we have room for all who wish to be dropped off. If drop-off care fills, parents will still be welcome to spend time in the nursery with their babies or young toddlers during any and all services.

The nursery (the Dewart Family Room just down the hall from the sanctuary) is reserved for our youngest children, those ages 0-3 years of age, during the 10am service of worship. Older children are welcome in Church School, or if they need a break during worship, parents and guardians may spend time with them in Hadley Hall or the Suter Room (aka the library).

Remember, we love having babies and toddlers share in our worship! The movement, energy, and sounds of little ones are always welcomed and treasured. And, parents and caregivers need some quiet worship time, too. The nursery is here to give you choices.

Change of Worship Schedule:
Word & Table Worship

Our monthly 5:00 pm worship service, which is called Word & Table, will be offered on varied Sundays in the coming months due to holidays and our high holy day of Easter. Please note the Sundays we will be having Word & Table this winter and spring: February 26, March 19, April 23, May 21. This casual, contemporary, and creative service is based on our familiar Episcopal liturgy and takes place in Hadley Hall. We invite you to come and bring a friend, as Word & Table is a wonderful space to welcome those seeking a spiritual home.
