Dear friends, As we usher in the summer season and open our church doors once again, we hope you will join us for in-person worship and fellowship opportunities this month. This coming week on Wednesday, June 9 beginning at 7pm, all families are invited to join us in the Bishop Garden for dessert and a time of fellowship. We will have low-key activities and helpers for the children, and a time for parents to reconnect and socialize. Please respond via this EVITE and let us know if you can join us. This month we are trying a new way for families with younger children to worship together: short outdoor services on Sunday evening, June 13 and June 27, at 5pm. These half-hour services will be held in the Cloister Garden, and are created especially for preschool through sixth graders and their families. Please bring a picnic blanket to sit on. Pre-registration is required HERE for the service on June 13; please sign up by Friday, June 11. For those not able to join us in-person, please remember that we continue to stream our 10am Sunday worship service, and children's bulletins can be printed at home (see below). Sunday Children's Bulletins: Ready to Print and Color
Our weekly printable children's bulletins correspond to the lectionary readings of the day, and contain coloring, art, and word games. Try memorizing a short piece of each week's scripture with your family! June 6: I give you thanks oh Lord, with my whole heart.
June 13: We walk by faith, and not by sight.
June 20: Peace! Be still!
June 27: I wait for the Lord, and in God's word I hope. |
