Dear friends,
We've had another lovely week of fall weather. What a blessing! As it starts to get chillier please send your child to Church School, Midweek, or Outdoor Worship with a jacket. Especially for cooler Church School mornings, please consider also sending them with a lap or stadium blanket. (Do you have extra smallish, warm blankets you're looking to get rid of? Please email me!) We'll also move around plenty to keep warm! As very parent knows, the FDA and CDC are set to make some big decisions in the coming two weeks around vaccinations for younger children. It's an exciting moment! This entire worship community is holding our unvaccinated little ones up in prayer, and will be praying with us as these important decisions are rolled out. May God give us all patience, wisdom, peace, and hope.
Peace,
Bryn

Halloween is Sunday, October 31 -- Come Play with Us!
This year Halloween falls on a Sunday. We're going to embrace the day in our Church School and Fellowship time -- not with spooks or scares but with fun, hospitality, and community! After an extra-fun Church School time (stories, crafts, and the armor of God!) our Church School will be hosting Fellowship Time for our parish. Can you help by bringing a treat or setting up? Sign-Up Genius for Halloween Fellowship Hour That day costumes are welcome but totally optional. What a wonderful way for us to celebrate being together as a community, having fun, and welcoming friends old and new.

Christmas Fair: A Favorite Tradition for Adults and Kids
Our Christmas Fair is on Saturday, November 20. Please join the fun in Hadley Hall. This is a favorite event for adults and kids, alike. Our Kids Store is an entire space just for kids. In the store, kids shop for Christmas presents, do a few crafts, read (or buy) a book or two, and generally have a great time.
We are still organizing and looking for help. Look for a volunteer Sign Up Genius soon. And please consider donating to the Bake Table, White Elephant, or a Silent Auction item.
If you need ideas or have questions, please contact us.
Thanks and we can't wait to see you on Fair day.
