Word & Table is a casual, contemporary, and creative service based on our familiar Episcopal liturgy offered at 5:00 pm on the first Sunday of each month October through June in Hadley Hall. 

On Tuesdays October 3, October 24, and November 14 from 7:00 – 8:00 pm, join fellow parents along with leaders in the areas of family, child development, and spirituality as we engage in discussions around raising our children and teenagers. Rev. Nick, Dr. Brian Litzenberger, and Dr. Angelina Hawley-Dolan will join us as we think about parent identity, anxiety, growth, and well-being.

All are invited to Midweek @ Epiphany, which is held on the first and third Wednesday of each month. Midweek begins at 6:15 pm with dinner and fellowship, followed at 7:00 pm by formation opportunities for adults, youth, and children. Click here to sign up to help prepare dinner! 

Join Rev. Nick in this course that begins in October and runs through early June. This twice-monthly course on Sundays at 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm explores Christian faith and life and invites each participant to discover their faith in deeper and more authentic ways. Register for the course by clicking here. The first gathering is on Sunday, October 8 at 2:00 pm. On Sunday, October 8 at 5:00 pm in the Cloister Garden, we invite you to our annual Blessing of the Animals service. This short service will be a time of prayer, song, and blessing of our animal companions. All pets need to be under proper control and comfortable around other animals. If you would prefer to bring a photograph of your pet, a blessing will be offered for them. 

Join us for this “spooktacular” candlelit organ recital on Friday the 13^th of October, from 7:00 – 8:00 pm. Enjoy hearing works both well-known and perhaps new discoveries, including Bach’s Toccata and Fugue in D minor, BWV 565. Admission is free.

On Saturday, October 14 at 5:30 pm, all families with kids and teens in their households are invited to a fall barbeque at the rectory (Rev. Nick’s home). This relaxed evening is an opportunity to connect with other families, make friends, and share a meal together. The rectory is located at 29 Lakeview Road in Winchester. 

Join us in Hadley Hall on Sunday, October 15 following the 10:00 am service as we discuss the current and future state of the parish. We will be discussing our budget for the year, our strategic focus, and an update on the feasibility study for a capital campaign. Click here to participate via Zoom.
