Stained glass window in Parish of the Epiphany's narthexOn Sundays, February 23 and March 2 at 11:30 am, in an Adult Forum series led by Rich Goldhor, we will take a clear-eyed look at the relationship between Christian belief and scientific knowledge—sometimes in tension, sometimes complementary, and sometimes in creative dialogue and even surprising agreement. For those who would like to prepare for our discussion with some readings, we suggest The Road to Wisdom: on Truth, Science, Faith, and Trust by Francis Collins (leader of The Human Genome Project, Director of NIH during the Covid pandemic, and Science Advisor to President Biden) and Quantum Physics and Theology by John Polkinghorne (English theoretical physicist, prolific writer, and Anglican priest).
